Time to get walking again...so I started with a walk to the village...

Common sense not to put concrete here...so as the tree grows it is easy to change the path

Monkshood... poisonous 100%..and there is so much here. Yet another introduced ornamental pest.

This oak hadn't had its lower branches cut, so they support it

Busy cat!

A long black and a ginger slice to reward my efforts...and a boost for the 3k back !!

And yes....I succumbed to temptation.....

Back home..and welcomed..

The venerable Digby...17 years old and still gets the zoomies at times....

Is it like a piece of what we call gingerbread? Such a pretty place, and so, so green. It just makes me long all the more for this winter to end. It isn't all green around here..only a third of the average rainfall so far this year
