A day out today further south in Harris with a picnic on the quay at Bhaltos (Valtos), a couple of short wanders , the machair at Reef, the stones at Callanish...

Then we looked at a different art gallery
Before a detour to Callanish when the weather closed in an we headed for home

It could be here in Ireland. The rural scenery and standing stones are so similar. So is the wet weather.
It does look a little bleak today. It must have been a hard life back then.
It certainly was..but there were a lot of good things... community for one
