We had a good morning, sorting computer stuff, trying to teach me how to use a new system to edit photos for the website.
Unfortunately my laptop wont be ready until tomorrow (hopefully!) so Bro will do more remotely from his home.
Meanwhile with a warm if humid day the washing dried!!
The greenhouse inhabitants are doing well with the warmer days..as long as it lasts!!
We decided to have lunch out at The Coo Shed....then down to Girvan for a walk....
Back home, Bro went in his van to recharge it at the village charge point...and I stayed and got the ironing done ... and forgot to check my phone....
I was supposed to collect something in Ayr at the same time that we'd arrived home. Had I checked my phone then we could have gone straight away.....oops. I hate letting people down ...

Oh well. These things happen. Your plants look happy in the greenhouse sun!
Oh, I like those creative gates to Picture House Square!
Your greenhouse plants are doing well. The harvest should be great.
I think we all miss a message occasionally. I know I do.
I grew up on stories about Robert the Bruce (my father is Bruce) and it was only recently that I found out that the Robert the Bruce of folklore was about the 8th Robert Bruce in a line!
Those tomatoes are amazing! Well done. And the little capsicums, are they?
hahaha to Girvan a Damn
I’m sure if you explain it to them they will forgive you.
We have all done that.
I actually like not having to continually check my phone
I am surprised you still have growing going on in your greenhouse. Our season is winding down. I will be pulling vines when I return home.
Beautiful zucchini and tomatoes! And interesting photos.
Wow! Greenhouse plants look to be thriving! Beautiful pictures! Good luck with the new computer systems….
My greenhouse is still gently providing, keep waiting for the weather to be too cool to let the tomatoes ripen on the vine, in the mean time I just eat them straight off the plant - best way :D
Definitely cooler today, much more autumnal than before.
the modern reliance on the cell phone is definitely a double edged sword. The convenience and availability is both amazing and controlling in one.
The green house inhabitants look fantastic! We are just about warming up enough down here to see some obvious growth in our lettuces (that sulked through winter!), and we enjoyed having some "miner's lettuce" with lunch today which I see has the wonderful Latin name of Claytonia Perfoliata! I think Claytonia is just right to feed a potter!
yes, couldn't have a better name!
Mine have had too much cool weather!
she did!
