Bother! Good thing I listened to it all-possibly if you goggle John Cleese lecture on Creativity 1991? Might take a bit of hunting...it must be out there somewhere, and was really worth hearing including a little at the end on workplace creativity and employee manipulation
I had no problem seeing it. I really liked how he separated talent and creativity. (Could "talent" be those who already "play" well?) It's well worth the 35 minutes.
