Anniversary

I have had a good day.

Tidied the living room.

Thought about twelve full and happy years.

Friends came round....now I can get at my bike, just needs air in the tyres.

And I found a photo from about the time that we became firm friends..near the end of last century!

I have been thinking of you. Better to have 12 good years than any number of unhappy ones.

It's nice to look back on the past.
We better understand the years that have passed.
Be well and remember him!

What a fun thing to do on an anniversary! I would never have recognized young Pirate! But he was handsome at both ages! Glad to hear the bike is progressing for you!

Tom S a mutual friend says that he looks like the French cyclist Raymond Poulidor..there is something in that....must be the Huguenot heritage!
