Catching the sun

It rained Stair rods just as I was thinking of a walk....but two hours later it looked safe enough and Iwalked over to Hannahston Nature Reserve, just did along one side and back up the field at the edge of the village.
A quick natter with my fellow gardener over the road..who gave us her old greenhouse...

And then it was back to rain!

A lovely walk to clear the mind and brush away the cobwebs.
Glad you didn’t get wet

We certainly have to catch our moments between squalls.

A pretty walk. Shame about the rain. Surely it has to stop before Winter comes!

It's good when it is easy to get out for a country walk straight from the house. It's the same here. I wound not want to go back to living in the middle of a city.

You are surrounded by lovely countryside. The woodland flora and fauna is beautiful and makes great walking trails. Meeting up with fellow gardeners is always nice.If only the rain faucet could be turned off, at least for a little while.

I'm glad you missed the rain - at least for a little bit. You have a wonderful walking territory!
