Garden repurposing

Take one pair of voile plus lining aging bathroom curtains....

Greenhouse sun shading and kale protection from butterflies .

I still have half the lining, we will see how the first half goes.

Plus the rufflette tape is just what is needed for a pair of curtains I need to make....

A quiet day, fairly sunny and warm...nice to walk to the local shop in shorts for a change!!

Oh you are really ahead of me in shorts season. It has been in the 80s for several days already, but I only wore shorts inside. I have to really not care what people think of my cellulite to wear them! Love your use of curtain fabrics.

You seem to be working a lot in your garden!
It's something that takes work!
Yes, it definitely needs shading as too much sun has devastating effects on plants!
Have a nice Sunday!

Good idea.

Very clever, my greenhouse was placed so in the summer months it's shaded by our Magnolia tree, the rest of the year it gets all the sunshine when the leaves are gone.

What a clever use of old curtains. Northsider Dave will be pleased.

Creative and green, a good combination. Enjoy that sunshine and warmth.

This is brilliant. I never thought of the shower curtain liner.

Well done. Something for nothing is always good.

I bought a greenhouse shade when I got the greenhouse ordered, but it has yet to go up as I need to work out how the line to support it is fastened. The automatic openers are working overtime at the moment.
