promised pot pictures

Thankyou to Rosemary Cochrane for getting me back to putting sprigs on rims! I don't wish to copy, it is something I did many years ago...and it does pick up salt nicely.
The same Thankyou to John Baumann for the rim on the bowl below.

You just do something, link shapes and techniques that are in one's repertoire....photograph them and realise...Bother!! Both need work on till I feel they'll be comfortably "mine" again but I think I'm heading in the right direction.
Now a question for Soub....have you found the author of this poem yet?

I read it aloud to Col, at the time you posted it on your blog and it struck both of us deeply. Even more so now.

Hi, Looks like you're back on form again. Well, a bit, anyway. Hope all is well and life is improving after the trauma. Do you have any options to sell your own ware through the gallery where you now work?

Court Cupboard Gallery is a co-operative of about 30 makers/artists, so yes my work sells there!

I like those manipulated/altered bowls! and the sprigs, too.

The poem. I've searched but I can't find any trace of it on the internet. It was after Leeds Infirmary had a writer-in-residence, and poems and prose appeared, framed on walls all over the hospital.
I was surprised not to find it, it seems so assured, so established. If I could give yo a source, I would. But in the meantime, if it resonates with you, as it does with me, use it, treat it as your own.
Should a poet claim it, that would be good, but right now, it's a stray, roaming free. No microchip in its ear.

just googled that, and Mandy Sutter was there in 2001/2.
