This is the view from where we are staying...a cottage behind an old rectory, all in one huge self catering rental..I think that this may have been the original cottage...with this to the other side
I travelled down on Tuesday night with daughter and family...
Wednesday (late!) morning we went via Abergwaun for some food shopping..
Then headed six miles up into the hills at the southern end of Mynydd Preseli...
Unfortunately the rain softly moved in, carried by strong winds..not unusual there..
But a great time was had by all.
And Ernesto is blasting us all now....

That looks like a day to remember!
Good luck and happiness to the couple, it's a lovely way to make a commitment (handfasting) looks like a beautiful setting too. Betty
When I first saw the group, I saw the white robe, thinking this must be the bride. Oops, not! Glad the ritual was enjoyed by all. Sorry about storms. I'm glad to hear you're with family.
I've always loved being out in blustery, and even wet weather. Cornish roots, I suppose.
How very beautiful. It is supposed to be good luck if it rains on your wedding day.
A wonderful day. May the couple have a long and happy life
Oh my, so sorry about the storms. But so very good to be with family.
The countryside is quite beautiful and makes a lovely setting for a commitment ceremony and celebration. Hopefully the storm held off until after the ceremony. Sharing special moments with family and friends is always enjoyed.
